This toy is very basic and probably most surprisingly, very noisy to use! The absence of a vent at the end means any air trapped inside when you insert your member makes a slurping sound unlike any blowjob I've ever had or for that matter any porn I've ever seen. This toy is really only an extension of your hand and in my opinion doesn't improve much on Mrs Palmer. 2 stars. I suggest looking elsewhere.
