Very good, I just wish there was a way to turn off the vibration and ONLY use the rotating part, since that's the weakest part, the vibration overshadows it. Also wish it would last longer, it only runs for what seems like a few minutes before it just turns itself off. It's so close to reaching the prostate but not quite, that makes me a bit frustrated and needy. Otherwise its very good, vibration goes pretty high for as long as it lasts, there's many modes to choose from
