Very Small

When I opened this I was a bit confused, it looked more like an arm band than a collar, I can wear it only on the last and second last adjustment hole if I really try, really not made for an average sized neck. The inside is comfortable and holds body heat, it feels like diving suit material, has a nice "new smell" to it as well. The chain held up after trying hand tugging and post tugging, the ring on the collar itself sustained some scratches, but did not seem to bend.
