This device is an effective penis pump and an adequate masturbation tool. Having tested it with the short black sleeve the steady suction can and will devour your unit and then attempt to pull in anything else attached to it, as such caution must be taken. The continuous suction provides an adequate analog for fellatio, one better served with the ‘magic crystal clear silicon sleeve’ (suspected, not yet tested). The disadvantage of the short black sleeve is also its main feature, its tightness, as it is so snug that it scrapes off almost all of the lube as you pull out. This is not ideal for any type of ‘thrusting’. The main advantage of this device is the fact that while the continuous suction is engaged, pressing the release button does not stop the suction allowing you to manage the timing of the pressure to your liking. The lack of any interior resistance (with the black short sleeve) leaves achieving sexual release somewhat difficult, though powerful when realized. Overall, good as a penis pump and ok as a masturbatory device. Final advice: Pump score 6/10, masturbation 5/10 - Mediocre.
