Does what it's designed for and then some. The second attachment is stimulating indeed. Only negative is that the smaller attachment is not removable to fill the bulb. Squeeze the bulb, dip tip into container with water and release to fill up. If it had a screw top attachment to remove to fill up, clean and dry, I'd give it 5 stars.

Lucky for me, this anal douche has two heads for anal cleaning. There is a smaller, straight in kind of head which is perfect for little 'ol me, and then there is the ridged one which is shown in the picture and that is a bit big but it is described as use for play as well. I found this product to do exactly what I need it to and would recommend it for anyone who needs a good cleaning!
