How to Choose Your First Penis Pump Accessory

Cylinders are clear acrylic or polycarbonate, rigid and easy to clean; sleeves and gaiters are body-safe silicone or soft TPE; straps and cases are nylon, ABS and EVA. Nothing here is porous except a TPE sleeve, which needs drying after every use.

Check that a cylinder is crack-free on arrival and that any sleeve is the diameter your cylinder needs, because a loose sleeve seals nothing. Use water-based lube on a sleeve and around the cylinder mouth; silicone lube is fine on acrylic but softens a silicone sleeve over time. Skip unbranded cylinders with no diameter listed.

How to Use a Penis Pump Accessory
